Industrial Inc. went out of business some time ago, and for some reason the website was never taken down. The e-mail addresses and PayPal account have continued to exist in case it was feasible to start the business again. Because it was thought that the website had been properly shut down, those accounts have not been checked in months. This has all just come to my attention (12/13/09) and I would like to apologize to everyone who did not receive their merch. If you have not received a refund yet, please e-mail me (poet |at| industrial-inc.com) with the date of your order so that a refund can be issued. Again, I am sorry for the confusion, and am frankly embarassed by the whole thing.
